Palmer and Lees were in Intelligence in Dublin, so I assume that Biggs and Tottie in the same batch were. Link that to his relinquishing his commission along with Halestrap and Curtis, so Biggs was undoubtedly in Military Intelligence in Dublin.

1917 Feb 6. Admitted to No 2 Auxiliary Hospital, (loss of eye)

1917 May 11. discharged to Headquarters

1917 May 14 Discharged in the United Kingdom, (permanently unfit for war service at home or abroad; intended residence, 51 Frankfort Avenue, Rathgar, Dublin, Ireland).

1917 Oct 10. Subsequently served in the Royal Army Service Corps, Intelligence Corps, 10 October 1917- 9 August 1918.

1919 Feb 10 Biggs has an address "Horse Guards Annexe, Carlton House Terrace, London SW1" in 1919 which I am fairly sure is the Spy School

1920 Sep 21. Intelligence. The undermentioned Lts., late R.A.S.C., to be Lts.: — T. W. Biggs, 19th Dec. 192,1, with seniority 21st Sept. 1920.

1921 Apr 1. Relinquishes his commission on ceasing to be employed Temp. Lts., and retain the rank of Lt.— T. W. Biggs (Lt., ret.).

He carries on in GS (I) DD from then. He was, I assume transferred from Army to Police when he resigned his commission

1939 Register A war office clerk living at 41 Rosslyn Avenue , Barnes M.B., Surrey,With wife Phoebe M Biggs
