Dalton's WS says that the IRA informer Neligan, who joined the British Secret Service, was living with another Secret Service man Woolley, shortly before the truce,

He appears to have joined the RUC and run their Intelligence in Southern Ireland until that was disbanded in 1926. He then made several attempts to get a job with MI5, but seems to have failed
