1920 Nov 30. Kidnapped and never seen again. The IRA apparently shot him about 2 Oct and the body was buried in a local bog. It has not been found
IRA Witness Statement On 1.12.1920, the house of a man named Blemings was raided on my directions and Blemings and his son taken away. They were both shot. These two were members of the senior spy section in the Y.M.C.A. Their names were given to me by Parsons. We also had information about them from letters captured by our lads in raids on postmen for mails.
